Is my Midas Blenny pregnant?

Hi everyone! I started looking closer at my Midas and they’ve always seemed to have some blue on their belly, now it looks like there’s lumps in it! Their belly is super super lumpy and it seems pretty big for their size? Do you think it’s babies? If they are, how should I prepare to raise them?

Probably just well fed. They are egg layers not live bearers.
