Is my mushroom ok .

I have a green fuzzy mushroom that I have had for a few months. He is one of my favorites. Usually he is spread out covering the entire frag plug and even overhanging some. Tonight I came home and he is kind of upright. I moved him to the bottom of the tank to make sure the water flow had not changed and was flowing to hard on him. Still the same. Is this normal ?

Ya thats normal mushrooms retract and expand alot they also sometimes do that after splitting eventually you might find some baby mushrooms in the sand.
