Is my nem ok?

so i know if your nems mouth gets bubbles or swollen its bad. But this is anfull pick on my nems mouth which i never get cause he always behind a rock and he is outnmoving right now

He just ate a shrimp so he has shrimp in its mouth but his lip is swollen
