Is my new coral okay?

Why does the bottom of the coral look like this? I just bought it and put it in the tank. It wasn’t looking like that in the store. (closed up) I’m new to this so please be patient thanks.

How old is your tank?
Do you have any other corals in the tank?
What are your parameters salinity temperature etc.
