Is my Ph probe broken?

The ph for my tank hasn't changed in 6 hours. I have an Apex system and the probe is only 3 month old. I tried shaking it underwater but it hasn't changed since the lights came on.

Assuming it normally changes for you, I would disable the pH probe in your Apex, reboot the Apex and then re-enable the pH probe after 5 minutes.

Yes it fluctuates throughout the day. I'm new to Apex, by disable do you mean unplug the probe?

No, I mean disable the probe, reboot the Apex, wait a few minutes and re-enable the probe. If that doesn't work try repeating the same steps but disconnecting the probe as well.
