Is my power bar dead

woke up this morning to nothing running. Apex fusion looks normal, except there’s no power being drawn on the bar. I can switch outlets on and off. I tried unplugging the power and restarting it. Probes read ok, systems been running for 2/3 years.

Have you tried resetting it with the little circuit breaker button on the back?

Ya I just tried the button on the back. Still no change.

Unplug for 5 minutes and recheck functions. Also disconnect usb before plugging back in.
If no success, start a ticket with Neptune. They will respond in 4-6 hrs and help you right through this. Love their support

Buddy had his do the same a couple weeks ago. He messaged Neptune and they told him it would $85-200 to fix it plus shipping. He just went to EB8s.
