Is my ricordea healthy?

My ricordea has been folding the edges of it like this for the last 4 or so days. It has been in the tank since i set it up and it was laying flat until now. The colors are still super bright and its still puffy. Just trying to find out if this is normal

What type of things to feed. I have tried reef roids but it doesn’t seem to care about that when i fed

Mine does well with small mysis like hakari frozen.
