Is my ricordea mushroom ok?

So, I have a ricordea mushroom that's attached to a plug and I just saw that it's unattached now, is this something bad? What should I do now?

Not necessarily - they can easily move from rock to rock, place to place. Have you checked your parameters to make sure they are ok. Sometimes mushrooms 'move more' when parameters are not quite right
