4 hour acclimation for these guys. How long did you do?

I bag acclimated then added about a 1/2 cup of water from my tank waited ten minutes then added about 1 1/2 cup
I assume temp acclimate in bag, then 1/2 cup water. Ten minutes then 1-1/2 cup more water. Then release?
No, not nearly enough. These guys are really sensitive to changes.
These guys need 4 hours of drip.
How is it doing? Did it move?

Drip acclimation 3-4 hours imo . Need to see a pic under whites please !!

It has not moved there appears to be a mucus around its skin. As you can see the algae is very bad.
