Is my skimmer running good?

Just plugged in my new skimmer, does it look to be running at a good speed? Should I adjust anything? Thanks in advance!

You need to raise the skimmer or open the valve that is on the water output to lower level within skimmer. The bubbles should be breaking in the neck of the skimmer and build up a head of skimmate. Your just bubbling the water into the skimmer cup.
