Is my tailspot blenny sick?

Hi everyone. So here is the situation. I bought a tailspot blenny and a firefish and put them through a 30 day quarantine using copper power and treatments of metroplex and API General Cure. I also fed medicated food laced with API GC and focus. During that time I fed a mix of hakari alage pellets, TDO pellets, and freeze dried mysis shrimp. I laced those with selcon 1 - 2 times a day.

Unfortunately my timing was not good so I transferred them (via a couple hour drip acclimation) to the main tank at the end of quarantine and immediately left on vacation for 8 days. During that time, feeding was three times per day of a very small amount of TDO pellets with an automatic feeder. I returned to day and the blenny and firefish are alive and seem to be ok behaviorally. Upon close examination, the tailspot has some large white/gray spots on it (but not ich looking). This is stupid to say I know but I don't know if the spots are normal because he pretty much hid the entire quarantine and was almost impossible to observe properly. I think he is easier to see in the tank because he is more comfortable in the rockwork than the quarantine with a couple PVC pipes.

My question is, are these spots normal? Are they a concern? He has been profalictically treated to the best of my ability but I am new (I have only done this once before with a couple of clowns). I tried very hard to do things as right as I could. I think the chance of extracting him from the display tank is very low. Is there anything I should do expect get all the fish back on a more balanced diet than TDO pellets now that I am back? Is he even sick at all?

I have a tail spot too. He’s mostly solid colored on his body. But I’ve noticed white spots/stripes on his body from time to time that seems to disappear regularly. I almost feel like it might be a stress thing every now and then.

Yeah looks fine to me just a normal color thing for them. Won’t be all the time but it will come and go from time to time.

Have had 2 tailspts and don't recall seeing spots like those.

This happens to my tailspot sometimes. I'm not sure what causes it, but they go away after awhile.

I don't have any coral in the tank yet. So far its fish only + a few snails

Thanks to everyone for replaying. It seems like the consensus is that this is sort of normal. I appreciate the help because I am new at this and wasn't sure how to tell a disease from just normal coloration.

I got a tailspot and bi colour and both do this due to stress.
First introduced.
When try netting a fish.
Put hand in tank.
Added another fish.
Etc etc
Some photos below of bi colour in a gsp frag that looks like a stripy fish when first introduced but once got used to tank and naughty tail spot stopped chasing it everytime seen it.now no spots unless gets stressed.some of tailspot with spots on face and some off now with none.i dont think you got anything to worry about and just stress induced and natural defence mechanism for fish to blend into rocks easier to hide.
Ovbiously if continues to have these spots/ stripes all the time then will need investigating why or what is stressing the fish etc
