Hi I have a pair of Clownish that recently started laying egg in the back corner of my tank. I also have a Powder Blue Tang that I believe is fighting with them, I assume to get at the eggs. For the 3rd time now I have found these rather deep cuts in the side of my Clownish, twice on the female and now this deep one on the male at the base of his tail in the photo. Is this from the tangs on the PB? Anything I can do to prevent this? Also any treatment I should use to make sure this heals without any infection? They are both in a 75 GAL mixed reef tank, this never really happened until the eggs came into the picture.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Very possible. My clowns spar with my Kole Tang from time to time, and the female often has gashes from the tang's scalpel. Typically heals in a few days with no intervention on my part.

If you want to be aggressive, then you could also do a rally bath (acriflavin) as an antiseptic which would hopefully head off any infection. Though, I do agree that with vitamins it should heal up on it's own pretty quickly.
