Is my tank cycled

So I added 5 fish today after doing a fish less cycle and was wondering if I can safely say my tank is cycled It’s a 60 gallon tank and there after today of feeding there’s still no ammonia or nitrite.

0 anmaonia 0 nitrite and present nitrate but this is because of the fish less cycle

that's your cycle. there will be some nitrate. until it matures. gets around ten do a water change. don't over feed. crabs would help with that.
