Your list looks good!
If I could make a few suggestions, I’d get a refractometer instead of a hydrometer, more expensive but much more accurate.
API tests can get you in the “ballpark” but are much less accurate than others (Red Sea, Hanna, etc.)

Looks good. Buy the best you cant afford. Will be worth it in the long run
 
Agree with the above. I started with a hydrometer and API kits. Grew into a refractometer and Salifert kits as I started to better understand water chemistry. Don’t break the back to start as this hobby will challenge you at every turn and test your will at times. Buy the best you can and grow into upgrades as you get some time in the water.
