So I have made many many threads about my anemone moving around and bothering other corals. While she moves around though, she tends to stick on the rocks 2-3 inches away from the top of the water, which I assume is because my biocube lights aren’t enough for her. She lost a little color and has settled multiple times for days on end before moving. I can add pictures upon request, but I think she is happy moving around, but I know she must settle eventually. I think there are 3 factors that extremly bug her...
1) my stock biocube lights aren’t enough to satisfy her
2) my tank is so small, and how the wave maker is set up, it hits her at awkward angles(only angle that actually works in my tank, and I could take it out of my tank and things would be perfectly fine, but that’s a major change as my euphyllia garden would get little to no flow).
3) I feed heavy as I’m trying to be able to frag by Christmas, I feed every other day with reef roids. I have a ARMY of brittle starfish I must deal with, but I have no idea how to combat it without pretty much stopping my feedings(which I prefer not to cause my skunk shrimp is an a**)
I have a 20 gallon water box in the midst of cycling, adding sand and water tomorrow to it, so my question is, would it be best to leave her in my biocube to freely walk around? Or should I move her to my frag tank when it’s ready ALONG with my 2 clowns? OR, should I ruin the sleek look of my rocks and put sone rubble down in hopes of her settling? I’ll just put pics up for reference..
