Yesterday my torch was acting funky and had some tentacles bunching up. Today (latter photos) not doing this looking a bit happier? It does have its mouth open? Can this be too much flow?

I have seen my torch’s act funny for no apparent reason and then be fine the next day. I guess that they have moods also, lol!. From the pictures on the bottom I would say it looks very happy. :)

He’s closed up. But I’ve come to realize torches are so hot and cold. I have way too much ocd when it comes to tanks

The discoloration would worry me too, I'd just keep an eye on it. I'm looking at getting Torches in the near future so definitely interested. I have 4 heads on my Hammer Coral, started with 2 and I havent seen discoloration when it splits. I assume they arent too far from eachother as far as care goes. Also agree with @Billldg, it looks happy on the bottom picture. My Candy Canes discolored like that though and I found out my Alk was low, I'd go through the parameters as well.

yeah when I posted my parameters were off and I worked like a maniac to get them back. Was doing to many wc instead of dosing to were I needed. Was trying to hit a hr when all you need is a single lol. I think there might be a pest so when she looks right, it’s bayer time
