Is my torch tanking a dump?

So I’ve had this torch for a few weeks now. I just noticed today that he closed up and started secreting some sort of stuff out of him. Almost looks like it’s coming out of the mouth? Attached are photos. If these aren’t helpful I can try to take better ones.
