Hey all just curious if my sterlizer is working correctly

Light is on, but is there not water fully submersed around the quartz sleeve? Your entire tube should be full when water is passing thru it....of course make sure your water passage is the correct amount of flow for your unit. You should have a gallon per minute (GPM) range on the instruction manual. Also, make sure this is mounted correctly so that the water is completely filling the unit.......
