Ok is this guy eating my torch and hammer corals?

Unless you witness it actually removing bits of corals, I'd default to "no." Many pick "bugs" (amphipods and copepods) off rocks and any other substrate items, and some can be hellish on snails and small inverts, but I've never witnessed any of mine consuming sessile invertebrates.
 
Looks like Halichoeres bivittatus to me. It won't be eating your corals, but might be eating your motile inverts.
