Hello, I resentful bought some pulsing Xenia but three days later my pulsing Xenia does not look good and every time something touches it, it Expels this weird brown liquid out of it. And I want to know what is going on?

It’s stressed and likely water quality
They do well under moderate light and water flow
Salinity 1.024-1.025
Ph 8.1-8.3
Temp. 76-79
A little pho’s and nitrate keeps them happy

pho’s. < .05
Nitrate. < .04

also elevate it off bottom

What are your parameters?

Not necessarily
I run mixed reefs and some corals especially LPS let off toxins
I would test nitrate- salinity and in case of toxins, add high grade carbon such as chemipure blue

looks quite unhealthy... Anything bothering it: fish taking a bite etc? Definitely check your Pm's. Any potential stinging? What else you have in your tank?
