Is my yellow tang alright?

I noticed that my yellow tangs fins are wrinkly and not sure if it's ok

When did you get it, is it eating, can you also post a picture of it with just white light?

Do you have anything like a Boxer Shrimp in the tank? They look to be pinch marks and the pinch marks from a boxer (no matter which species) are the same as the marks shown here.

No boxer shrimp just a cleaner and harlequin
