Not dead, may take a day or so to open. Give it time. Also, you dont need to drip acclimate zoas. Just float them in the bag to get them to tank temperature, take them out and dip the frag using a coral dip, personally I use API's Melafix. Melafix is not specifically for coral it's actually for freshwater fish (you can find it in the freshwater area of your lfs) but it helps kill bacterial infections and any little critters on the frag, plus it's not harsh on the polyps.
