Can’t login or even get the website to load, also can’t login using the app. I’ve tried on several different devices, not sure what the problem is. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

i just tried and got this

now it completely removed my device this going to be fun trying to add it again

Just happened with my doser. I unplugged it for 10 seconds and it connected to the app again

MYghl seems to be working again. I can connect to my devices again. I have 2 standalone dosers and a profilux all are functioning normally again

Agreed. It is working here but I’m having problems establishing a connection
For some reason something changed yesterday

Yep - over past week or so I keep getting the "new release notes" and over the weekend, the cloud services were barely or not useable and I also lost my logins and had to redo them.

If you had cloudstorage enabled, this would not happen once you log into myGHL on the app.

Hi Vinny - I do have cloud storage enabled. It is not every login - just here and there. Both web and app.

I would double-check that. I can force the app (both iOS and android) to not log into myGHL which causes me to lose my connections and every time I log in again, those connection profiles come right back. Check your app settings and make sure "Save app settings to cloud" is enabled. If it is and you're still having this issue, please open a ticket and report the problem.

100% sure on all devices

I assume this is a per device setting as well? As anytime I login with a new device or browser I get asked the setup questions about cloud storage, etc.

Also - for whatever reason when the ghl cloud is down for upgrade/maintenance and you get the login error screen "retry or reconnect" - either option brings you to the login screen where you must re-enter your credentials.

The random showing of the firmware release notes is a new thing since that firmware release.

I can open a ticket, but posting here in case other folks have similar experiences.
