No matter what I do I can’t connect to my Apex, even locally. The new update wouldn’t load yesterday either. Anyone else having issues?

I’m up and running.

I got connected but nothing happens when trying to manually turn anything on or off. I can’t test or dose anything either. This thing is my second one and is only three months old.

Mine just did the same on Tuesday, had to install a whole new controller. I'm on my fourth unit in two years and just done with the brand.

Been seeing lots of these posts lately - likely due to the latest update. Mine is 4 years old and after speaking to Neptune they recommended replacing the mini SD Card (cost was $8.00 on amazon). This did the job. Worth looking into

@Reeferbadness what are you talking SD card? On a base unit? Didn’t know they have cards. Can you give me some more information?
