I have a brute trash can that I store rodi water in and it leaks a little well today I noticed the concrete where the water is dripping now has a powdery ring on the floor. Is the rodi water eating away at the cement?

It sure could be I know it will eat up copper pipes.

Yes It will react with the copper and destroy It.

RO/DI has been stripped of all its ions except pure water so is extremely agressive. It will attack about anything trying to gain its ions back and return back to its natural "dirty" state. It is probably pulling the calcium and other minerals out of the concrete to get TDS back.
