My dad has placed a couple orders with them recently and the fish come in really small bags and they aren't blacked out.

He ordered 4 and two didn't make the night. (3 were lethargic in the bag but one ended up surviving)

Just sharing his experience, I haven't used them myself

I've bought dry goods from them, often. Never had issues with them.

Ive ordered several times, would order again. Some of the coral prices seem way over priced to allow for the "SALE" price, which even some of the sale prices are higher than others. Ive had good luck with fish and on the occasion one didnt make trip or survive the health guarantee they were quick to issue a store credit without a lot of hassles. Its been a while since I last ordered and things can change with owners/ employees, but Id order again if the craving for a new fish arose and they had one.

I haven't ordered from them in around 13 years give or take, but I never had a problem with them. The only FUBAR I had was an order of Domino Clowns. One was as I ordered was a two spot, the other was a one spot which was actually worth more money.

I was running multiple tanks at the time and used them to have a different variety in each tank and ordered many live critters including inverts and was quite happy.

But not sure of their business methods this time and day.

Imo...only as...a...last...resort. also my opinion as bottom of the barrel quality.

Last time I bought from them was over a year ago, placed a few orders then, learned my lessons...for me never again!

So many better vendors to choose from (which I didnt know about then) with MUCH higher quality livestock.

I have done 2 orders with success. The fish were on a little small in size. there is a request box before you confirm order - Just request largest in the size range and eating if possible.
