So, one of my cats has finally discovered my freeze dried mysis that I let sit on the counter soaking in Selcon for 5 minutes. I’m assuming there’s nothing that would be harmful in the Selcon?

I know garlic (ingedient of selcon) is poisonous for dogs and cats (causes liver damage).

That face lololol

I would call the vet and ask, to be safe.

I don’t see garlic on the ingredient list:

SELCON CONCENTRATE INGREDIENTS

  • Selco Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids; Marine lipids - 200 mg/g
  • Stabilized Vitamin C - 200 mg
  • Vitamine B12 Cyanocobalamin - 240 mcg

It doesn't say anything about garlic on the label
Vitamin c and b12
Highly unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids

None of those would hurt a cat

You may be correct but I seem to recall it using garlic as an apetite stimulant. Maybe it has changed since then.

It’s honestly probably good for the cat! It’s basically a concentrated form of all the ‘good fats’ that are in seafood.

I wouldn’t worry but that’s just me. Ingredients don’t list anything bad. Cat may have great coat shine, extra soft with better color

He does that face all the time. I swear, I think he sees ghosts! He’s also very needy…
