Is something wrong here?

Hello i am new into the reef hobby
I've started a new reef tank I am 6,5 weeks in now I started with dry rocks and live sand I dropped a shrimp in there and waited. last week I added a CUC consisting of 3 hermits 2 nassarus snails and 2 Turbo snails. I added to live rock form my LF last week. My problem is that my ammonia still aint a clear 0 and my nitrates are still high ? I was still advised to add a Lawnmower bleany to help with the cleaning of the tank, but It died after 3 days.
The setup and and reading will be attached as pictures and files. I would like to here your thoughts on what to do now? I was really hoping on getting two clowns soon but I do not know if it is safe for them. What can I do to move on from here?

I have done 1 15% 2 weeks ago and I did a 20% WC yesterday day. And no I did not seed with any bacteria from bottle only the shrimp.

I was thinking about that to but I do not know if it is safe when there is a cuc?

totally fine to add a bottle of bacteria. Should help get the ammonia under control. I would recommend not running your lights during cycling. It just lead to algae blooms.

Would something like "fritzturbo start", "Dr. Tims one and only" or " Bio Spira" be recommended ?

Any one of them will help. They are all just bacteria in a bottle.

I like Dr Tim's. Have used it to jump start my new tanks in the past

I’ve used Dr. Tim’s many times, and no issues whatsoever.

I also suggest turning off the lights during the cycle. You’re just feeding the algae

Like they said earlier, I would keep the lights off during the cycle until things stabilize. Is that algae on the glass or aquascape? If it’s hair algae I would try and get that under control as well, then add some clowns. Although damsels were typically used to fish cycle a tank and are hardy, I would wait for everything to get in check first. Best of luck and hopefully this all helps.

Monitor the ammonia level. Once ammonia is 0ppm tank is safe to add fish. Should only be a day to a few after adding the bacteria.

It is algae on the glass but not hair algae I think maybe regular " green algae" I will keep my lights off then and let everything stabilize especially ammonia. One last question would it be a good idea to add some pods at the same time to establish a better ecosystem or should that wait to after ammonia is stabilized ?

Okay thank you I will by no doubt wait for ammonia to become 0

Remove the shrimp also if you have not done so. Then add the bacteria and when ammonia/nitrite reach zero, do a large water change and add your fish.

I did remove the shrimp and thanks for the advice
