Is T5 hybrid worth it?

I currently have 2 Kessel AP700 over my 120 gallon SPS dominated tank. I was thinking of creating a retro fit T5 dimmable hybrid set, but before I spend the money I'd like others experience... and if the investment is worth it., and if so...why.

I'm currently getting around 300 PAR running my kessels at 70%. But more than anything, i am wondering if running hybrid will just make the tank "look even better". Not that I'm not satisfied with the current look with the kessel...but if adding hybrid will make everything pop that much more then sounds line a great black Friday
Investment.

Go for it. I run a hybrid with my 360x’s. Much better growth for me than just the leds.

Is there any visual improvement in your opinion? The added growth would be a great benefit to! Do you know type PAR levels and what do you run your LED intensity at?

It’s much brighter for sure. I only run the t5’s during peak. Par is around 280 mid tank; Which still lets you keep lps on the bottom of the tank with no issues, sps placed mid and above do really well. My frag rack I have 3/4 the way up grows acros like crazy.

Definitely better SPS growth in my experience.

T5s are fantastic but if you arent having any issues, dont look for one.
