I noticed that my tank front to back, after setting up after a while it changed to this. Is this dangerous? And also i have this carpet in my basement, and under it there’s concrete.

Would that kind of carpet compress?

Thank you.

It’s not too bad but if you have the tank sitting on a leveling Matt or foam their shouldn’t be a issue . And that is a thin commercial grade carpet I would say although it will compress some it’s really not that think to make a real difference .

Its not bad but bound to change in time. I recommend to get that dead center now. I just had to relevel my 400g a month ago and simply placed 3 shims and hammered them in and tank is back to level

Do you put those under the feet?

How did you physically lift the tank up to get them in there? Or did you drain it?

They should be able to hammer in without lifting. But it would depend on your setup. Could drain it and lift. Could use lifting straps. Could use airbags. Tons of options and variables.

I lower level and do water change at same time. I used 2 persons to lift and placed PVC pipe to help lift corners but only had to do this Once
