Is that normal when i set the with the res knob my water under the emergency pipe. It keeps going up and down to where i set it. I have vectra m2 running at 37%.And im just wondering if thats normal? Like why would the water goes up and down if i set it where i want it. Why is it changing

Is it set to a variable flow setting like a random flow or oscillating setting?

No my m2 is set on constant speed. Thats it.

No. If your return pump was on a variable flow setting, the water level in the overflow would go up and down like it is in the video. If you have a valve on your main drain line, you can open it up a little more to lower the water level a little bit in the overflow. Or set the pump to a lower power setting.
