Is that normal?

My 1 week old midas blenny eats pellets, mysis, any frozen no problems. He hangs at the front kf the tank. But he loves to swim at the surface like that is that an issue? Or hes just vibing?

Based on the water ripples that's a high flow area. They don't have swim bladders so a place with high flow would allow them to swim and kind of hover easier.
He looks like he's riding the wave.
