Is that too low or okay?

I have the osmolator 3155, and i wanna know if thats too low or too high?

Looks to me like the optical sensor is completely submerged. It will not trigger the pump until the water level drops below the bottom point of that sensor.

Okay, what should i do?,

You don't have to do anything unless that new lower level will cause issues like your return pumps sucking air.

If that is your desired water level, then raise the optical sensor until just the tip is submerged.
