Is the Apex PH probe junk?

My apex is reading around 0.4 lower than my Hanna shows
I took 2 Hanna readings which read the same at 7.9(lights out) and the apex ready 7.5
Calibrated the probe with the 7.0 and 10.0 calibration fluid as well so no sure if it’s my Hanna that’s wrong or the probe

Do both probes read the same calibration fluid to be the same pH after calibration?

I ordered new calibration fluid

I had better luck doing a manual calibration of the Apex probe instead of the auto.
