I actually run mine at 155 right now blue and white. I also do not use the long latt setting since I work odd hours and there is little point in having a tank if you never get to see it, but I do run mine for 12 hrs. The whites are on a 15 min delay but thinking of increasing that. I also use the moon adjust feature and set my levels at 30 on the royal blue and UV so you get the different moon cycles. Enjoy your new set-up. I have not used a par meter and unfortunately no one around here I know have one. There is also no info online about the par either. Maybe e-mail rapidled and see what they can come up with.
