I placed an order for a clownfish pair from the clownfish shack two days ago. I got an email conformation from their online credit card processing, confirming the purchase, but no conformation from them. I've left multiple messages, emails, etc - trying to figure out when my fish would ship. There is no answer anytime you call? Anyone know if they are open?
