Two weeks is generally the maximum time as it depends on when your samples arrive at the US distributor. They only send out to Germany once each week, sometimes twice if we have a lot of samples come in. If your samples arrive on the day after the bundle has been sent they will be held until the next shipment. The aim is to keep the price of our lab tests as low as possible for the consumer wherever possible.
