Is their such thing as low light sps?

SPS is a broad term, but yes there are quite a few that will grow and have color at 150 PAR given a decent light spectrum (Pavona, some Monitipora, Psammacora, Leptoseris, etc.).
If you mean branching Acropora and similar some can grow slowly at that PAR level (typically encrusting growth), but coloration will be muted.
The PUR level of your lighting plays a role, too (the more PUR, the better when PAR is that low).

All sps will grow but some will not color up good at 150.
Actual aroporas............Red Dragon, Hawkins...most smooth skins color up good.
Shortcake doesn't need high par.

Birdsnest, monti cap, montipora digitata are lower light options. I'm convinced you can grow some monti caps in the dark.

I've had a red cap on my sump growing under a household led bulb. It has grown a ton! It has actually grown more in my sump than it did in my DT. It looks a little browned, but it could be just that it is under something like 3500k lighting. I'm sure it would look more red in my dt.
