Is there any back lash I should watch for?

I think the bristle worm got too big and I won't feed him. I think it's starving to death and that's life I've seen like 4/5 more of them. I'm a beginner not even one year yet just a little concerned will him dying mess up my tank? If he makes it to the back I'll put some gloves on and take him out. But if he just dies in the sand is there something I'm supposed to do?

That’s just a baby they get bigger. Depends on what camp you in some day they are good some say a pest. You can get coral banded shrimp they eat them and some fish too

If you dont want it- Now's the time to catch and discard
Young bristle and their cousin -dorvillidae will do the spirals when young

I don't mind them haven't seen it since I was just worried if there was something like when a big snail dies where you want to take it out before it messes up your chemical balance.

I got a yellow coral banded shrimp for this reason to try to keep the population in check but it appears he is not interested in the worms.
