Of mixing my saltwater directly in the tank the first time? I’ve got 2 32 gallon trash cans full of RODI water, should I start mixing it now or should I wait until I fill the tank for the first time and let it mix in the tank? In negatives in doing so?

All three times i've filled my tanks a 180G, 220G and 450G I filled first with fresh water to make sure there were no leaks then added the salt.
