Is there any reason I shouldn't use this cheap pump?

I found a pump that's about $5. I just want it to give some chaeto a little bit of extra swirl. Is there any reason I shouldn't use it? If it fails, it's fine. It's only chaeto tumbling. If it bleeds current into the tank, that's a bigger problem, but one I can prevent/find with a multimeter. Here it is:

Just make sure you plug it into a GFCI and check it for rust about once a month.

I have the little 160gph model dialed down as my ATO pump. Only been a couple weeks, but seems to work just fine. I just wouldn't expect it to last too long.

I've decided against the pump, and go with a reputable brand. It seems like it might be possible for metals to leach from cheap pumps:

I have the same one. I use it to pump water from the RODI bucket to the ATO. Like you mentioned I would worry about long term effect of leaching from a cheap pump in a saltwater.
