Is there anyway to turn off email notifications?

I like the regular notification that comes up like a message, but is there anyway to turn of the email notification part? Like my email is filled with like millions of replies. .. ?

I don't see how to get to the preferences option

The only satisfactory, sure-fire way I've found is to click the "Disable All Email" link from any of the emails you got.

At the very very bottom of a R2R email:

I don't think there's a way to do that through the web interface.

I really don't want to turn off email altogether, and I don't mind getting emails on stuff that's very recent. I just "disable all" periodically.

I have anything that comes from reef forums go to a separate inbox in outlook, then I can see what up and group delete easlily
