Is there enough flow in my tank?

I have a 50 gallon im lagoon with a hydor koralia 1350 5,5 w power head but don’t know if that is enough flow for my tank here are some pictures of my set up any input is much appreciated!!

Depends on what you plan on doing with your tank. For fish only it is probably fine. For soft corals probably a little less than ideal. For hard corals you will need much more. There are lots of guides around if you search for them.
 
I have 2 Zoas in my quarantine tank 1 bird of paradise and 1 poly which and 1 pink tip anemone what do you think I should have for flow?
 
I think that you are confused about flow. It isn't so much flow as gas exchange. Flow helps deal with dead spots but IMO you need more gas exchange. Flow can help with that but too much flow can be a problem. It is a fine line to walk.
 
My return pump is also 538 gph I would add both gph from power head and return pump to figure out flow right?
