Today I found my Lemon drop bubble tip with 3/4 of its body sucked through the overflow. I'm wondering who has experienced this and what steps did you take?

Currently it is at the surface in a strainer. I have a lightning maroon clown that is pretty hard on it so I wanted to give it some peace.

Recommendations?

If the foot isn't damaged there is hope. Good to keep it from the Maroon. Good luck Man..

I've experienced something similar (BTA sucked into powerhead, not overflow). It was in there really good (more than 75%), I'm still amazed I was able to pull it out without tearing anything. I didn't even separate it from my maroon like you did, and it nevertheless recovered very quickly. You're probably going to be fine, seeing as how you already completed the difficult part of getting it out of the overflow grate.

I'm enjoying the optimism! Thank you.
It's already looking better!

I have had a one go into a power head twice. Once it was lodged in so much I couldn't get it out. I just unplugged the power head and hoped it would be alive and crawl out itself and it did. Both times it ended up fine. Needless to say I sold it so i didn't have to deal with it walking around ever so often.

People progagate nems by intentionally cutting them in half with a knife (more or less). They are good at making comebacks ;)
