Do you think there's room for a Cheap As Heck Reefing thread?
I know there is kind of crossesover with DIY but it is a little different.
There is definitely a bleeding edge for the "latest" and "greatest" gear adopters.
But there is also one for the Cheap As Heck Reefer.
Sometimes you can be a little too penny-wise.
So, for example, I saw a great idea for a DIY in-sump chaeto reactor on Abe's @Coral Euphoria YouTube channel.
Now, that's definitely DIY but it's also a cheap-as-heck solution to a common problem.
And I'd say it's more "cheap-as-heck" than "DIY".
Why? Because on a scale of 1 to 10 it's a DIY skill level of 2 BUT on a cheap-as-heck scale I'd say it's a 9.
So, maybe a thread with some cheap-as-heck (CAH) Do's and Dont's would be a pretty good resource for cash strapped reefers.
