Is there something on my tang?

I have had this black tang for two weeks now and these black marks have remained on the fishes dorsal and tail fins. Is it just normal markings on the fish or a parasite of some kind. Fish has been in CP with general cure. Feed food with focus and GC also and spots remain.

I lean toward darker pigmentation....but heres a bump for you.
