hey guys im looking for a thread on how to frag my plays and zoos im use to chipping them of my rock rubble but i switched to the ceramic disk to fit in frag racks now the problem i am having is most of my frags have grown but so close together that i cant frag just one of the disk how do u just get one polyp off to start another frag

IT is quite easy to frag them, especially high end zoas.
First, obtain some bubble wrap. This helps in cushioning and temp control. Next remove the zoanthid to be fragged from the system and place into a baggie with about a cup of tank water. Add a couple pellets of carbon. Tie baggie off after squeezing out any air and wrap a couple times in bubble wrap (the small bubble wrap is the best).
Next place into a small box and label

And take to PO.
Sure fired way to get them fragged though you may end up having a few of the polyps dissapear.

If they are growing on the glass its very simple. Use a scraper blade or something and slide it under them to pull them up. then cut the piece into however many frags you wish and glue to frag plugs.
