So all of a sudden I see a bunch of these on the glass. I have never seen them before and its been weeks since I added anything.

Those definitely look to me like something in the "nothing to worry about" category of flatworms. Theoretically they can overpopulate and irritate corals if something is wildly out of balance, but they're generally harmless.

I am sure my Neon Dottyback will probably end up using them as snacks as it hunts the rocks all the time.
Just wanted to make sure it wasnt something bad that I had to act on
