Possibly, but there are tons of nudis out there with a similar appearance. Is it a hitchhicker, or have you added any berghia into your tank recently?

added 2 berghia over 6 months ago and never saw them again..
 
The berghias are white. The monti eating ones are frilly too but idk what color. Ive never seen the monti ones myself.

That's probably a berghia then. Have your aiptasia been decreasing as of late?

What usually happens with berghia is, you add them to your tank and never see them for some time, and for a while your aiptasia population will continue on as it has been. Eventually, however, the berghia find each other and lay eggs, and eventually their numbers increase and their rate of predation overwhelms the aiptasia's rate of production. Eventually, the berghia will eliminate about 95% of your aiptasia, at which point you might start seeing them again, crawling around on your rocks looking for food.
