Is this a baby bristle worm?

It’s teeny tiny, maybe 3/16” long. I have started seeing them crawling across the glass. Could this be a baby bristle worm? If it is, I’ve never seen one this small. Any help is appreciated.

While Im unsure if its what we commonly refer to as a regular bristle worm it seems to definitely be a Polychaete
